After a remarkable 15 years stint with leading FMCG & Pharma organizations as a Zonal Head, Marketing & Sales, Milind joined the hospitality industry (family owned business).

In the last 15 years, Milind has built the sales, marketing, after sales and customer service team & business for Exotica Retreat initially a fine dine restaurant. He has played a pivotal role in diversifying the business into a weddings venue by leveraging its prime tropical location, the destination marriage need with young couples and best in class wedding services by his team.
